Dental HEAT Target
ISD is supporting NHS boards to achieve HEAT target H9 ("At least 60% of 3- and 4-year-old children in each SIMD quintile to receive at least two applications of fluoride varnish per year by March 2014") via comprehensive management and provision of data until 2014. These data will be published under Scotland Performs.
Each issue of data will be uploaded by ISD into the HEAT dashboard according to a quarterly timetable (which commenced in November 2010 and will follow the pattern February » May » August » November) until 2014.
