PRISMS is the Prescribing Information System for Scotland. It is a web-based application, giving access to prescribing information for all prescriptions dispensed in the community for the past five years. The information is held centrally and is updated monthly. The data can be interrogated to provide reports at practice level and aggregate up to Scotland level.
