Clinical Data Structure and Implementation Support (Clinical Data Structure and Implementation Support)
The team was established on the 1st April 2010 and is part of the NHS Scotland Data Recording Advisory Service.
The purpose of this service is to support the healthcare data recording needs of NHS Scotland and its associated partners. The service works with all its customers to ensure consistent and accurate recording of data in healthcare systems.
CDSIS work with clinical and technical specialists to support the accurate recording of data throughout NHS Scotland.
Product
The Compound Healthcare Headings model was developed for local and national use. It can be used during system development or to ‘healthcheck’ a legacy system.
