| NCDDP A-Z Legacy file (for information and research purposes only) The Legacy NCDDP Data Items continue to be available to view (but are no longer supported in this format). They were developed by NHSScotland clinicians and other key stakeholders from across a variety of care settings, professions and clinical domains. They were designed to support the capture and exchange of clinical information in eHealth clinical systems. Content from the Legacy NCDDP Data Items have been re-formatted for use within the CHH model. |
