ISD Scotland collects data on the number of patients treated for Coronary Heart Disease, and the procedures they receive. This together with data on deaths (supplied by GRO Scotland)   allow us to monitor the mortality, incidence and treatment of Coronary Heart Disease. As part of the management of this data set ISD Scotland provides a Data Quality & Assurance Service   that ensures conformity and standards across NHSScotland.
