PTI Practice Information Survey 2007

In August 2007 an electronic survey form was sent out to all of the practices participating in PTI.

The practices were asked to give us information on subjects including :

The nursing staff employed within the practice, whether clinicians enter the data into the the system themselves or if a data operator does this for them, the duties of the nursing staff etc.
