Performance Management

The Performance Management programme endeavours to ensure that ISD services are used effectively to support performance management in NHSScotland.

Programme Summary

The Performance Management programme works with the SGHD and NHS Unified Boards to establish an effective programme of information to develop HEAT indicators.

The programme was developed to deliver, maintain and develop a production system for the HEAT dashboard, as well as ensuring that ISD services are used effectively to support performance management by SGHD and NHS Unified Boards.
