General Practice

The format of the quarterly reports presented below are a result of consultation with both general practitioners and nursing staff who participate in the collection of Practice Team Information (PTI), previously Continuous Morbidity Recording (CMR).  The practices are broadly representative of the Scottish population in terms of age, sex, deprivation category and urban/rural mix.

This series of reports began in January 2003.  Starting with the April - June 2004 Quarterly Report, information relating to the GMS Contract has been included in the report.  We hope that presenting them on our website will allow access to many and stimulate debate.  This will allow us to tailor the reports to support practices in their information requirements.  We would welcome your views.
