General Practice

This interim report presents, where applicable, information relating to the full Practice Team Information (PTI) and relates to the period 1 April - 30 September 2005.  The report incorporates all disciplines recording information within a practice; i.e. General Practitioners (GPs), Practice Nurses (PNs), District Nurses (DNs), Health Visitors (HVs) and Midwives (MWs).

The information in each report is specific to that practice, and will therefore only have information for those disciplines recording within the practice during the period 1 April - 30 September 2005. 


Please click on your PTI practice number to view your report as a PDF file.

To download your report and save it to your computer, right click on the appropriate link below and select "Save Target As".  You can now select where to save the file on your computer.

Once saved on your computer you can open the report and either view onscreen, print a copy of the full report or select pages to print individual tables/charts.
