Infrequent Services

Our clinics are in remote areas, therefore they are only held once every eight weeks, do we still need to make two 'reasonable offers' of appointment?
For infrequent services i.e. provided once every eight weeks or less frequently, a 'reasonable offer' only needs to be one date with at least three weeks notice.
