News and updates

This section on General Ophthalmic Services (GOS) has been updated on 29 July 2008 in accordance with National Statistics protocols.  Information on eye examinations and voucher claims has been updated to include data for financial year ending 31 March 2008.  Our 'Statistical Publication Notice' explains some of the key points from this release.  The Ophthalmic Home section provides some background information on how ophthalmic data are collected.
