Community Nurses Measure Up

Welcome to the web pages for the Community Nursing Team Census.

The Census is a one-day data capture exercise that has been developed by nurses for nurses. The census asks all community nursing staff (District Nurses, Health Visitors, School Nurses, Treatment Room Nurses and their support teams) to complete a web-based form capturing information about the clinical care and clerical work they have carried out that day.

The Census is a huge project therefore there is a lot of information to disseminate. These pages aim to present that information in a way that is clear and accessible to all.
