Community Nurses Measure Up A national one day census, developed by nurses for nurses Thursday 24th April 2008

Whilst we continue to develop the web based system, we will also be:

• Seeking further engagement and support from CHP leads
• Disseminating further information
• Maintaining and updating this website
• Providing ongoing guidance and support
• Manning and supporting the telephone helpdesk
• Communicating to nursing teams

After the Census

The on-line form will be made available from the 24th April until the 7th May to allow nurses and their support teams a little more time to complete and submit their information.

After the 7th May, we will close the form and our team of analysts will begin work on interpreting the information received.

A variety of reports will be made available via these pages. Dates of these expected reports will be detailed soon and notification that the reports are ready to be viewed will be e-mailed to all of our stakeholders.
