Information on Practice Nurses employed by Scottish general practices

Estimated headcounts and Whole Time Equivalent (WTE) numbers, 2009 Information on headcounts and Whole Time Equivalent (WTE) numbers of practice nurses employed by Scottish general practices is not routinely available.  However, estimated figures for January 2009 are published along with other results from the 2009 National Primary Care Workforce Survey. Estimated headcounts and WTE numbers, 2007 A limited amount of information on headcounts and Whole Time Equivalent (WTE) numbers of practice nurses employed by Scottish general practices in 2007 is available from the results of a 2007 National Primary Care Workforce Survey.  The survey reports were published in July 2008 under the "Workforce Reports" section of the NHS Scotland Pay Modernisation pages (GMS contract).  Copies of the reports are also available on request from ISD's General Practice team. Headcounts and WTE numbers 1988-2003 WTE for Scotland and by NHS Board, plus headcount for Scotland (31KB)

Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomist numbers, 2009 Information on this staff group is not routinely available.  However, estimated figures for January 2009 are published along with other results from the 2009 National Primary Care Workforce Survey.
